Projects - Jumeirah Lake Towers
This development has a completed total cooling requirement of 190,000TR, with three chilled water plant rooms totaling 105,000TR and network piping of 35 km. PDC currently has one Plant Room operational which is supplying the first phase of load to the development. The next phase due for commissioning in the summer of 2009 will supply sufficient capacity for the development until 2010; when the third plant room constructed will be brought online. The fourth and final plant room will be constructed to supply two new areas of JLT known as Jumeirah Lakes Towers Embankment and the DMCC Business Park. This Plant Room having a capacity of 45,000TR will bring the overall development capacity to 150,000TR and is currently planned to be completed by the summer of 2011.
